The YouTube Music Awards begin on
Sunday at 6 p.m. ET and run until
7:30 p.m. ET. The 90-minute show
will feature performances by Eminem,
Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Avicii and
more. Actor Jason Schwartzman will
host while Spike Jonze is creative
director. YouTube will also be making
a whole day of it: the webcast is set
to begin at 5 a.m. ET with other
performances from around the world
throughout the day leading up to the
main event.
The nominees for this first ever
YouTube Music Awards include major
music stars like Rihanna, Taylor Swift,
Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Lady
Gaga, as well as rising artists like
Pentatonix, the Piano Guys and
Lindsey Stirling.
